Basic Care Level
Basic Care Services are an important part of ensuring that our clients remain connected with their doctors, providers, and community whether for a short period of time recovering from a hospital stay, or for an extended period for individuals living with a chronic condition or illness. Basic Care Services not only provide comfort and emotional support, but also include tasks and chores that help make everyday joyful, comfortable, safe, secure, and meaningful. Basic Care Services include the following:

Alzheimer’s Care and Parkinson’s Care
Our CNAs receive extensive training on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s care ensuring they understand the disease process and how to professionally and appropriately interact with our clients and families.
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assistance (ex. Ambulation, transfers) – Minimum
We can assist our clients with transferring from bed to a wheelchair or walker, and ensure the safe use of these devices.
Clients may have family or friends that are their regular caregivers. We are available to provide temporary assistance so these caregivers may take a well-deserved break, or when they have an emergency, or perhaps would like to attend a wedding, etc.
We can help our clients remember to take their medications that maintain their health and wellbeing.
Our caring team members are available to shop for groceries and assist our clients with planning and preparing meals.
Light Housekeeping and Laundry
We can help maintain the cleanliness of our client’s homes by performing light housekeeping and laundry services.
Intermediate Care Level
Intermediate Care Services include all the services above along with some additional services listed below. We understand the importance of maintaining the dignity and privacy of our clients, which is why our Certified Nursing Assistants are trained to provide this additional level of service.
Limited Personal Hygiene (ex. Assistance dressing)
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assistance (ex. Ambulation, transfers) – Moderate
We can assist with the feeding, walking, and light care of a client’s pets.
Our team members provide transportation for trips to the Doctor, Grocery, Hairdresser/ Barber, etc.
We can assist clients with sorting mail, tracking bills, and helping make payments.
Extensive Care Level
Extensive Care Services include all of our services mentioned above along with the specialized services listed below. Your care is our priority, and we know how important it can be to have a Licensed Clinician involved with a client throughout their home care experience. Our home care services are supervised by the Clinical Director who supports, mentors, and conducts all of the training for our caregivers. Our Clinical Director is there every step of the way to communicate with clients, caregivers, and others medical professionals to ensure our clients health and safety are preserved to allow them to remain healthy and safe in the comfort of their own home.
Unlimited Personal Hygiene
Our CNAs provide baths, oral care, and can dress our clients helping them feel and look their best.
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assistance
Our CNAs can provide extensive transfers requiring lifts and/ or gait belts from furniture to wheelchair, walker, motorized chair, and other ambulation devices.
Assist with Feeding
Concierge Service/ Errands
Our team members are happy to assist with ordering tickets to a play, picking up dry cleaning, or help organizing a small get together.
